Responsibilities:

• Circulate, scrub, and assist with a range of surgical procedures according to current best practices
• Monitor patient status throughout perioperative phases, ensuring safety and advocacy
• Maintain sterile fields and enforce infection control protocols with meticulous attention
• Collaborate efficiently with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Complete accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Assist with the onboarding and mentoring of newer team members as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• At least 1 year of Operating Room RN experience (travel experience valued)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt to dynamic situations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
