Director of Finance

A growing non-profit is seeking a Finance Director to lead its accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and operational finance functions. Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting and financial operations, including month‑end close and financial reporting Manage cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity planning Oversee accounts payable and financial controls Coordinate annual audit activities and external financial reporting requirements Prepare financial reports and analyses for executive leadership and governing committees Partner with outside advisors and key stakeholders on financial planning initiatives Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Serve as a key member of the leadership team, helping guide organizational growth Ideal Background Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management skills Experience leading audits and managing relationships with external partners Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a lean environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executives, boards, and external stakeholders Nonprofit, foundation, healthcare, education, or professional services experience is a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr TalentBridge
