Applewood Family Dentistry, a modern, family-owned practice, is expanding and seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality preventive care, utilizing the latest digital technology, and fostering strong patient relationships in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Dental hygienist

Preventive Care Delivery: Provide high-quality, gentle dental hygiene care, including patient assessment, dental cleanings, and necessary preventative treatments.

Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative measures, and the importance of maintaining optimal oral health.

Technology Utilization: Utilize and operate advanced, all-digital dental technology and tools during examinations and procedures.

Collaboration: Function as a dedicated team player, collaborating effectively with the doctor and the rest of the professional team in a patient-centered environment.

Professional Conduct: Demonstrate independence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills in all patient and staff interactions.

full-time $40 - $49 per hour

Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Typical Hours: Shifts generally fall within 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM hours (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; Tuesday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM).

Work Structure: Flexible options available.

Weekends: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.

• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

Skills: Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Experience working in an all-digital dental practice environment.

Strong attention to detail in clinical practice and documentation.
