Responsibilities:

• Coordinate events, open houses, and community engagements to promote Flintrock Homes.


• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and strategies that support sales objectives.


• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


• Manage administrative tasks related to marketing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor communications.


• Follow up on potential leads, both via phone and email as needed

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft 360, Excel, Docs, and Dropbox and familiarity with marketing software and tools.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Creative thinking with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.


• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
