Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Certified Pilates Instructor role located in New Orleans, LA. The instructor will lead safe, engaging, and inclusive group reformer-based Pilates classes using Club Pilates programming and equipment. Responsibilities include teaching classes at scheduled times, offering modifications and progressions for diverse fitness levels, and maintaining a supportive studio environment. The role also involves greeting members, answering questions, providing basic customer guidance, and promoting membership options and special programs. Instructors are expected to complete required training, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with studio staff to support member retention and studio growth. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Pilates Instruction, including experience teaching on reformers and related equipment. Experience in Group Exercise and Teaching, with the ability to manage classes of varied sizes and fitness levels. Background or familiarity with Physical Therapy or functional movement principles to support safe, effective workouts. Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating member experience. Current comprehensive Pilates certification from a recognized organization; Club Pilates or Xponential training completion is a plus. CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within a specified time frame. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to give clear, encouraging cues and corrections.
