Prescription Department Manager

Become a part of our caring community As the Prescription Department Manager you will compound and dispense medications and other pharmaceuticals on-site at our CenterWell clinic located at 11240 Beach Blvd Jacksonville, FL 32246. The Prescription Department Manager is an in-person Pharmacist-in-charge/Retail Pharmacist Lead for the clinic. Prescription Department Manager: Prepare and maintain all necessary records on prescriptions, patient charges and inventory. Provide information to the staff members on drugs and pharmaceuticals. Directly interact with the patients, providers and medical staff on-site. Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job tasks and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Manage and provide daily oversight to the on-site Pharmacy Technician(s). You will report to the Associate Director, Retail Pharmacy. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy Active Pharmacist license from the Florida Board of Pharmacy 4 or more years of experience as a pharmacist (Retail, ambulatory and/or clinical pharmacy settings) 1 or more years of leadership experience (I.e. Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy Supervisor, Lead) Must be a certified Immunizer This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
