EmpowerHome Team is hiring Licensed Real Estate Agents in Chesapeake, VA . Get qualified buyer and seller leads, scheduled appointments, and the coaching and support you need to close more deals—without cold calling.

Responsibilities:
Meet with motivated buyers and sellers ready to move
Convert pre-set appointments into closed transactions
Follow up using our CRM and proven sales systems
Deliver exceptional service that leads to referrals and repeat business
Host open houses with provided live leads
Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
Stay organized with your pipeline, calendar, and follow-ups
Qualifications:

Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
