$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Meet with sellers and conduct listing presentations.

• Manage leads using our CRM and technology.

• Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing.

• Stay current on local market trends.

• Attend coaching and training sessions.

• Work qualified listing leads—no cold calling required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales, particularly in listing properties, is essential.
• Ability to conduct engaging and informative listing presentations with potential sellers.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and guiding clients through the closing process.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and technology to manage and nurture leads effectively.
• Strong understanding of local market trends in the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News area.
• Commitment to continuous learning through attending coaching and training sessions.
• Excellent communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and trust.
