This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves to be in a dynamic environment, spends a lot of time in a lab and collaborates in a cross functional team (previous experience as a Test Engineer is required). The ideal candidate will add experience in Automated Test Equipment manufacturing that includes a mix of digital, analog, and RF circuitry, and at the same time will lead the internal NPI operation, from planning, execution to transfer.Debug complex semiconductor test equipment from the system level down to the PCBA component level.Investigate and resolve Pilot Production test issues and defect analysis.Execute test at PCBA module and System level.Analyze test log files.Generate and present reports showing detailed test information.Ability to problem solve through creative and analytical thinking.Perform SW qualification plans and report bugs that could impact performance.Lead Contract Manufacturer and Repair Center transfer readiness plan.Train and support test engineers and technicians overseas on test execution and debug tools to facilitate production ramp-up.All About YouWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. Compensation:The base salary range for this role is $77,700-$124,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location. Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance. #LI-CD
