Resolute Performance Iron is a specialty steel contractor seeking a highly motivated individual to assist our shop team with meeting production goals while maintaining a positive workplace environment. The majority of our work is in the steel construction industry and solar energy construction. We have an opening for a Heavy Forklift Operator to assist with meeting our production goals. Duties and Responsibilities- Handling large and heavy steel members
- Staging material for surface preparation and coatings
- Building loads of finished structural steel
- Unloading and re-loading trucks
- Maintaining forklifts
- Following all safety protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
- Experience operating a 30k straight-mast forklift
- Experience in a structural steel fabrication shop is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, attentive, and detail oriented.
- Must be a self-starter
- Bilingual is a plus
- Office location is in Phoenix, AZ
- Shop environment requiring lifting and standing.
