What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first impression of our hotel. In this on-call role, you'll step in to support the team during peak times, call-outs, or scheduling gaps.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and assisting with check-in and check-out
- Managing reservations and room assignments
- Responding to guest questions and resolving concerns professionally
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Delivering a positive and welcoming guest experience every time
