As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Signature HealthCARE, you’ll deliver resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care and post-acute environment. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll administer medications and treatments, monitor resident status, support care planning, and maintain accurate documentation.
