The Role

\n

Cosmopak is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven packaging salesperson to win and grow new accounts. You will own the full sales cycle, supported by teams in NY and Asia, from the first meeting through pricing, award, and launch.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Identify, target, and win new beauty and personal-care brand accounts while leveraging key relationships.
\n
• Build and carry out account strategies that grow share of wallet after the first win.
\n
• Develop trusted relationships with packaging, product development, and procurement decision-makers.
\n
• Maintain and grow legacy Cosmopak accounts
\n
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations through to award.
\n
• Work with design, engineering, sourcing, and operations teams to deliver on customer needs.
\n
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and report activity and results in the CRM.
\n
• Represent Cosmopak at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in packaging, ideally in beauty, personal care, or fragrance.
\n
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and growing them into significant revenue.
\n
• Established relationships with brands and decision-makers in the beauty industry.
\n
• Strong understanding of primary and secondary packaging components and manufacturing processes.
\n
• Strategic seller with strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills.
\n
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
\n
• Based in the New York area and willing to travel as needed.
