Our Client is building the orchestration layer for stablecoin liquidity—a platform connecting issuers, liquidity managers, and institutions across global markets. Backed by a16z, Founders Fund, and Lightspeed, they provide the programmable routing technology and execution guarantees that enable the world’s leading financial institutions to operate onchain with absolute confidence. Our Client is at a pivotal inflection point. While they already power major stablecoin products and settlement flows for crypto-native leaders, they are now expanding to serve the next wave of institutional money movers. As VP of Growth & Revenue, you will architect their commercial engine, defining how the world interacts with stablecoin infrastructure at scale. This is a zero-to-one leadership opportunity to build a world-class sales and growth function. You will lead their business development efforts, bridge the gap between technical capability and institutional demand, and scale the company into a category-defining financial infrastructure company. Key Outcomes Architect Anchor Partnerships: Own our relationship architecture across issuers, custodians, and liquidity providers to ensure a structural competitive advantage for the company. Build the Institutional Motion: Establish a repeatable institutional sales motion from scratch, developing the pipeline, process, and success models required for the enterprise segment. Scale Developer Growth: Expand the developer-led acquisition strategies, leveraging the teams programmable RFQ and API infrastructure to drive self-serve adoption. Optimize Revenue Intelligence: Drive pricing strategy, market analysis, and revenue recognition to align product capabilities with high-value commercial opportunities. Drive Market Presence: Represent the company at the highest executive levels, building compounding relationships with partners, customers, and industry influencers. The Ideal Candidate Executive Presence: You evoke trust among leaders in both Web3 and TradFi, navigating complex "coopetition" with polish and strategic rigor. Technical Curiosity: You are fascinated by financial plumbing and can translate deep crypto-native technology into compelling products for regulated institutions. Bias for Action: You are a hands-on leader who finds creative paths to a deal and refuses to lose, without ever compromising integrity. AI-Native Mindset: You leverage AI to build more efficient, data-driven organizations. VP of Growth & Revenue Qualifications 10+ years of commercial leadership in financial infrastructure, B2B fintech, or crypto, with 3+ years at the VP level. Demonstrated success building institutional sales motions from scratch in high-growth environments. Deep familiarity with stablecoin and blockchain infrastructure; an opinionated thesis on the future of onchain finance. Experience scaling products into new markets with evolving pricing and revenue models. Nice to Have Direct relationships with major stablecoin issuers, custodians, and OTC platforms. Experience in a market-forming moment at a category-defining company (e.g., Stripe, Adyen). Background in both API-led and enterprise direct-sales motions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
