SOLID Personnel is currently seeking experienced Dispatchers to support a large-scale electrical and field service operation in Lowell, AR. This position is responsible for dispatching service tickets, coordinating technicians, and providing administrative and operational support to ensure service requests are completed efficiently and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be confident communicating with technicians and internal teams, managing multiple priorities, and finding solutions to keep operations moving.

Shifts Available

TEMP TO HIRE

(1) Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

(1) Sunday-Thursday, 2PM-10PM

(1) Sunday-Thursday, 7AM-4PM

TEMPORARY SHIFTS – 3 MONTHS

(1) Dispatcher/Bridge – Thursday-Monday, 8AM-5PM

(1) Dispatcher/Bridge – Sunday-Thursday, 1PM-10PM

(2) Dispatchers/Bridge – Tuesday-Saturday, 12PM-9PM

(2) Dispatchers – Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

(2) Dispatch/Bridge – Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM

Please note: These positions are based in the Lowell, AR office.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College education or degree highly desirable.
• Previous dispatching, scheduling, field service, electrical, or similar industry experience preferred.
• Comfortable communicating by phone with technicians, peers, and internal teams.
• Highly proficient with computers, including email, spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and efficiently switch between responsibilities.
• Must type at least 40 WPM.
• Network troubleshooting, Cat-5 cabling, and fiber knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an updated, organized, and fast-paced dispatch schedule.
• Contact technicians and confidently dispatch them to service jobs.
• Dispatch service tickets to available technicians nationwide.
• Provide necessary documentation and information for service tickets.
• Track COIs and other required documentation.
• Manage deliverables for completed jobs.
• Create BISs for billing.
• Assist the Project Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for field operations.
• Create and maintain organized project files.
• Assist with project scheduling and billing.
• Help ensure service tickets are properly documented and completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism when working with technicians, customers, coworkers, and management.
• Adhere to all required project and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
