Proposal Analyst II

Supporting government procurement initiatives, the full-time remote Proposal Analyst II will coordinate proposal development activities, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements while collaborating with sales and proposal teams. Key responsibilities: Organize and standardize proposal templates and oversee the central content library for proposal use Coordinate schedules and deadlines for proposal activities, ensuring timely delivery and post-submission support Execute program management of working sessions and monitor proposal schedules while maintaining communication with stakeholders Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in government proposal management or related fields Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with proposal generation tools Strong organizational skills and demonstrated project management experience in cross-functional environments Knowledge of proposal development processes and best practices
