# Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test, and deploy secure _smart contracts_ on _Ethereum_ and EVM-compatible blockchains.
* Build and maintain scalable decentralized applications (dApps) and _Web3_ platforms.
* Develop backend services, APIs, and _blockchain_ integrations using Node.js and TypeScript.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features and products.
* Architect _blockchain_ solutions that prioritize scalability, security, and performance.
* Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
* Integrate wallets, _token_ standards, payment systems, and third-party _blockchain_ services.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production _blockchain_ applications.
* Implement security best practices and participate in _smart contract_ audits and risk assessments.
* Improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment processes.
* Research emerging _blockchain_ technologies and evaluate new tools, protocols, and frameworks.
* Contribute to technical documentation, architecture planning, and engineering standards.
* Participate in technical discussions and help drive long-term product and technology strategy.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.

# Required Qualifications

* 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
* 3+ years of hands-on _blockchain_ development experience.
* Strong expertise in _Solidity_ and _Ethereum_ _smart contract_ development.
* Experience building production-grade applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
* Strong understanding of _blockchain_ architecture, decentralized systems, and _Web3_ technologies.
* Experience with _ethers_.js, _viem_, _wagmi_, or similar _Web3_ libraries.
* Knowledge of _token_ standards including ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155.
* Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
* Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

# Nice-to-Have Qualifications

* Experience building _DeFi_, _NFT_, RWA, or tokenization platforms.
* Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain technologies.
* Experience conducting or supporting _smart contract_ security audits.
* Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
* Experience working in startups or high-growth technology companies.
* Open-source contributions within the _blockchain_ ecosystem.
