Job Description: Senior Blockchain Developer in United States (Global)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic team in Portland. As a key player in our innovative development environment, you will have the opportunity to shape groundbreaking solutions leveraging blockchain technology. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced blockchain applications and smart contracts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for blockchain security and protocol standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Research and integrate new blockchain technologies and tools into ongoing projects.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of existing blockchain solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related issues and bugs.
- Document design processes, code modifications, and user requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on blockchain technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Python.
- Deep understanding of blockchain frameworks and protocols such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and others.
- Experience with decentralized applications (dApps) and cryptocurrency development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen interest in emerging technologies and continuous professional development.
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
