Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Engage in comprehensive assessments to deeply understand clients’ mental health challenges and form individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions focused on individual, couple, or family therapy aimed at promoting emotional growth, healing, and overall well-being.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients while consistently monitoring their progress, ensuring that each client’s journey is well-directed and outcomes are achieved.

• Utilize digital platforms for teletherapy sessions when clients face challenges in attending in-person appointments, thereby expanding access to care.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, clinical supervision, and peer support sessions to enhance your practice and foster a culture of learning and improvement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
