Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8
• Setting includes outpatient physical therapy
• Position is split between two clinic locations
• Patient scheduling includes 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
