About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Azure Cloud Product Management. This senior product leader will be a key figure in the evolution of the enterprise Azure cloud platform, ensuring its alignment with the firm's hybrid multi-cloud strategy and its role as a strategic pillar in the company's digital capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the long-term product vision and roadmap, leading the transition to a product-centric model, and building strong partnerships with platform engineering teams. This role demands a pragmatic and patient approach to change management, with a focus on balancing transformation goals with the current organizational maturity. The VP will also be the executive-level voice of the customer for Azure platform consumers and will set product strategy for various platform capabilities, driving prioritization decisions that balance enterprise risk, resilience, cost, and developer velocity. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with at least 15 years in the IT industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a product management role, preferably within a highly regulated financial services institution. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in product management, experience in leading platform as a product transformation, and a proven track record of operating at an executive level. Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and experience with Agile methodologies are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a good working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and security standards such as NIST 800-53 and CSA Cloud Control Matrix, and experience in delivering within regulated financial environments. Strong influencing skills and the ability to work with global regulatory bodies are also key requirements for this position.
