What You'll Do:

✔ Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components
✔ Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
✔ Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed
✔ Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
✔ Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications
✔ Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections
✔ Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
✔ Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For:

✔ Previous CNC machining experience preferred
✔ Experience with CNC Mills, Lathes, Grinders, or Multi-Axis Equipment
✔ Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T is a plus
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✔ Experience using precision measuring tools
✔ Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
✔ Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
