FT Front Desk Associate

We are looking for the perfect candidate to join our team for a full time position as a front desk assistant. This position is for someone that understands the value of our patients and possess the motivation to deliver a great impression from their first phone call to the exit of their treatment. Genuinely friendly, positive attitude, and a welcoming smile. Experienced candidates preferred but willing to train the right individual. Job duties to include: Scheduling patients, updating insurance information, greeting patients, making sure that they are happy.

Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, excellent command of the English language. We are looking for a team player and the ability to take initiative.

Other responsibilities: Insurance Billing & Benefit and ability to multi-task (VERY important)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
