What are we looking for? The HVAC Technician I is responsible for Using basic hand tools, and HVAC equipment such as Vacuum pumps, Recovery Machines and Torches. Also responsible for floating between chambers for setup of HVAC equipment. Shift/Schedule: Looking for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. 10% Shift diff for 2nd and 3rd. What you’ll do: Set up test apparatus. Operate equipment. Maintain equipment and facilities. Prepare test samples. Obtain and record test data in accordance with standards, Perform basic analysis of test data and routine calculations. May draft technical reports. Perform other work as required. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent No experience is required - will train Ability to utilize basic shop equipment and various hand tools Ability to review, understand, and convey technical information in an effective manner Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written formats Microsoft Office software expertise, including Word, Excel and Outlook Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record is required.
