Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Utilize the case management system to respond to benefits cases accurately, with appropriate grammar and vernacular, and within SLA.
2. Support all benefits processes including open enrollment, new hire/terms processing, life events, etc.
3. Approve pending benefits administration events in Workday.
4. Review employees provided documents to ensure compliance with MGM Resorts policies and procedures.
5. Communicate with employees through our case management system by phone, email, letter, and chat to resolve benefits-related issues and collaborate with other areas of HR and external vendors.
6. Review and process tuition reimbursement requests.
7. Resolve escalated benefits cases in accordance with HRSS policies and procedures Quickly and accurately resolve cases in professional, sensitive, customer-focused manner in accordance with company policies, procedures, and within customer service standards Evaluate efficiencies, identify issues, and make recommendations for process improvements.
8. Maintain employee confidentiality and adhere to HIPPAA regulations at all times.
9. Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Workday HRM experience preferred
2. Previous HR/Benefits Experience preferred
3. Strong Clerical experience
4. Ability to handle high volume of calls
