Client Care Representative (Full-Time)

Goosetown Animal Hospital – Coralville, Iowa

Do you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and working with animals? Goosetown Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Care Representative to join our growing team.

We are a thriving, privately owned small animal practice with a 5.0-star Google rating , and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional medical care while treating our clients, patients, and team members with kindness and respect.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

• Answer a multi-line phone system

• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment flow

• Check clients in and out efficiently

• Process payments and maintain accurate records

• Communicate clearly with doctors and technicians

• Help create a calm, positive experience for every client and patient

• Perform light administrative and cleaning tasks to keep the reception area organized

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Enjoys working with people and animals

• Remains calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills

• Is dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Works well both independently and as part of a team

• Learns new computer software quickly

• Can multitask without sacrificing accuracy

Experience

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, medical office, dental office, or other customer service environment is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person with an outstanding attitude and strong work ethic.
