BDC Representative

Wheelers of Marshfield with Wheelers Family Auto Group is currently looking for a BDC Representative to join our team!

The day-to-day duties of this role include building and maintaining a strong relationship with customers. The BDC Service/Call Center works with our customers to schedule service for vehicles for all of the Wheelers locations.

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment and able to sit for a long period of time. Strong computer skills. Customer service/call center experience preferred. Serves as telephone back-up. Obtains and records basic demographic information about each customer, using dealership sales control system. Answers product and service information. Maintains professional appearance. At least 18 years of age. Work schedule 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays 8:00am-4:00 pm, 40 hours per week required. Other tasks as assigned.

Salary: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm & rotating Saturdays 8:00am - 4:00pm

Ability to commute/relocate: Marshfield, WI 54449: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
