Recovery Support Professional - No Degree Required

Adult Residential Support Professional Responsibilities Support, monitor, and serve as a positive role model for residents working toward recovery in a structured environment Assist with daily living activities, housekeeping, meals, and developing life skills Document and maintain confidential client records accurately Administer medications and respond appropriately to emergencies and crises Transport residents to appointments and community activities Collect urine specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests as needed Lead educational groups and support residents in achieving treatment goals Participate in training sessions and staff meetings Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Valid driver’s license preferred; must meet driving requirements Completion of DHS training may be required after hire Additional Information The role offers benefits such as paid time off, mileage reimbursement, a 403(b) retirement plan, annual pay increases, Employee Assistance Program, and recognition awards.
