Recovery Support Professional - Full-Time

Adult Residential Support Professional – Aspen Center (2nd Shift) Seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to assist residents in a recovery-focused environment for men undergoing substance use treatment. Responsibilities include providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement while helping residents achieve their treatment goals. Key duties involve assisting with daily living activities, medication management, documentation, transportation, crisis intervention, facilitating groups, and fostering a safe, supportive atmosphere for recovery. Additional tasks include performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests, supporting life skills, and maintaining accurate records of resident progress. The role requires a commitment to making a positive impact on residents' lives, with a schedule of Thursday–Monday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.
