West Frederick Veterinary Hospital in Frederick, MD is seeking a Medical Director to add to their team! Pets are our passion; our top priority is to keep them healthy. Role Overview As the Medical Director, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinary medicine. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization.
