Information Entry Agent - Onsite / Offsite

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Work Arrangement: Onsite or Offsite Schedule: Flexible schedules available Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Information Entry Agent to assist with entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining information across company databases, spreadsheets, and digital systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accurate typing and computer skills, and the ability to process information efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and meeting established deadlines. Depending on business needs and candidate qualifications, this position may be available onsite or offsite. Responsibilities

• Enter information accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
• Review and verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Update existing records and maintain current information in company systems.
• Process information received through forms, documents, emails, spreadsheets, and other sources.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and assist with corrections.
• Organize and maintain electronic records, documents, and files.
• Scan, upload, categorize, and organize digital documents as needed.
• Retrieve and compile information for management and internal departments.
• Assist with data verification and quality-control activities.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and processed information.
• Communicate with team members when additional information or clarification is required.
• Follow established data entry, information processing, and document management procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and web-based systems.
