What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods to introduce them to Direct Remodels' products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Promote Direct Remodels' products and services to prospective and existing customers
• Work in residential neighborhoods in a direct-to-consumer sales environment
• Deliver engaging and interactive sales presentations
• Set appointments and generate qualified opportunities for our sales team
• Build rapport and communicate professionally with homeowners
• Participate in weekly training and sales development programs
• Work toward individual and team production goals

No Sales Experience? That's Okay.

We are looking for  personality, drive, and a willingness to learn — not necessarily years of sales experience.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $18.00/hour guaranteed
• Uncapped commission
• Commission on every appointment you set and every demonstration that holds
• Weekly and yearly production bonuses
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Average earning potential of $64,000/year
• Weekly pay every Friday

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

The sign-on bonus is paid weekly during your first 90 days:

• Weeks 1–4: $250/week
• Weeks 5–8: $375/week
• Weeks 9–13: $500/week

Each phase is contingent upon meeting the applicable production requirements. Additional terms and conditions apply.

Once you reach 120 set appointments , you can become eligible to advance to the next level. Most representatives reach this milestone within approximately 3–4 months .

Potential career paths include:

In-Home Design Consultant

Move into an in-home sales role where you'll meet with pre-set appointments, conduct presentations, and close remodeling projects in the homeowner's home.

Our In-Home Design Consultants average approximately $110,000 per year.

Customer Development Mentor

Build and lead your own team while continuing to work in the field. Mentors can earn an override based on their team's production.

Advancement is based on  production, certification, and available positions.

Schedule

This is a field-based sales position. Candidates must be available to work:

• Early evening hours
• Occasional weekends
• A schedule that accommodates homeowner availability

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from our St. Petersburg office
• Valid driver's license
• Proof of car insurance
• Ability to work in a direct-to-consumer sales environment
• Ability to work outdoors in residential neighborhoods
• Comfort working in a performance-based sales environment
• Ability to obtain a county solicitation permit

The required solicitation permit includes a fingerprint-based background check.

Direct Remodels may also conduct a background check that may include criminal, employment, and motor vehicle records checks as part of the hiring process.
