Your Role in Synergy's Success We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Synergy US corporate functions including IT, Commercial, R&D, and Finance. Reporting to the VP of HR, this full‑time contract assignment will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic HR guidance while also contributing to key HR initiatives and projects. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders across IT, Commercial, R&D, and Finance to support organizational and talent priorities. Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, performance management, and team development. Support leaders with employee relations and coaching. Own day‑to‑day HR operations for respective client groups. HR Initiatives & Projects Contribute to local and global HR initiatives across the organization. Support programs related to Total Rewards and HR processes. Participate in HRIS enhancements. Lead or support special HR projects, as needed. Qualifications 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles. Experience supporting corporate or professional functions (IT, Finance, R&D, Commercial teams). Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and HR operations. Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP). Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Preferred Skills Comfortable operating in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Ability to support both operational HR needs and project‑based initiatives. Experience contributing to HR programs at a multi‑site or global level.
