Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory (Vascular Surgery Clinic) | Contract

Location: Syracuse, NY

Duration: 14 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory vascular surgery clinic.

• Perform nursing assessments and patient evaluations.

• Triage patient concerns and coordinate appropriate care.

• Assist providers with procedures and patient management.

• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Preferred:

• Ambulatory clinic experience.

• Vascular surgery experience.

• Triage experience.

• EPIC EMR experience.

• Level I Trauma Center experience.

Requirements:

• Active New York State RN License.

• Current BLS Certification.

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care nursing experience within the past 2 years.

• Strong assessment and clinical nursing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
