Job Summary:

As an RN, you will provide direct and indirect patient care for adults (ages 18+) experiencing medically complex conditions, rehabilitation needs, wound care, and general medical-surgical conditions. You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs)

• Monitor patient conditions and contribute to care plans

• Administer medications and treatments per physician’s orders

• Document patient care accurately and timely

• Assist with patient education and discharge planning

• Participate in staff training and development

• Maintain communication with healthcare team members

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Nebraska

• Current CPR Certification (ACLS preferred)

• Passion for senior care and teamwork

• Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
