General Surgery - Physician

Swedish Medical Group seeks a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon to join Swedish Orthopedics in Ballard, Washington. Join a collaborative team of orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice clinicians providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care to patients throughout North Seattle and surrounding communities. This position offers the opportunity to build a thriving practice within one of the Pacific Northwest's largest and most respected orthopedic programs. Candidates with expertise in General Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty are encouraged to apply. Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Practice based in Ballard, serving North Seattle and surrounding communities

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation is between $779,440 and $984,387 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them. Qualifications & Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training preferred for Sports Medicine or Adult Reconstruction candidates
• Washington State medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Interest in serving a diverse and active patient population
• Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills
