Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

In this role, you will operate as a trusted advisor and steward of your book, with the autonomy to work your market effectively and the support to do it well.

Your responsibilities include:

-Advising clients on tailored personal and commercial insurance solutions

-Building, managing, and retaining a profitable book of business

-Developing accounts through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting

-Collaborating with a high-accountability team focused on long-term results

-Upholding strong documentation, service, and ethical standards

This is a role for producers who care about book quality, not just production volume.

Requirements

This role tends to fit professionals who:

-Are licensed in Property & Casualty (Life & Health a plus)

-Have two or more years of consistent production success
