3950 S Las Vegas Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89119 Position Summary A Model Cocktail Server is responsible for helping hosts and servers in the lounge and help ensure service is seamless. Responsibilities Clean menus as required throughout the shift. Observe tables and take note of dirty, clean, and occupied tables. Assist the servers by refilling beverages and water, processing payment, and running food to the tables. Assist servers in resetting and bussing tables. Inform management of guests who are unhappy with the service as quickly as possible. Maintain composed, professional and calm attitude at all times. Ability to work quickly and anticipate server and guest needs in a club atmosphere. Requirements Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Ability to work on feet for the duration of shift. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends and holidays. Must have the ability to speak, read, write, and interpret business documents in the English language. This position requires a minimum of conversational Spanish. Bilingual in the Spanish language preferred (If applicable). Must be able to provide documentation that shows authorization to work in the United States. Minimum age requirements may apply depending on concept. Physical and Working Environment Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift. Must be able observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations. Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessary. Must be able to lift to 25 pounds. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment. Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
