You will work in a contemporary treatment space with private treatment areas, open gym space, and up-to-date therapeutic equipment. The environment emphasizes collaboration, with PTs, PTAs, and support staff working together to deliver consistent, patient-centered care in a supportive and professional setting.As a physical therapist here, you will evaluate and treat a primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload, including patients with spine conditions, joint pain, sports injuries, post-surgical needs, and work-related injuries. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans of care, provide hands-on interventions and exercise-based treatment, and guide patients through progressive rehabilitation programs. Patient education on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modification is a key component of daily practice.A typical day includes a mix of initial evaluations and follow-up treatment sessions, EMR documentation, communication with referring providers, and coordination with clinic support staff. Caseloads are structured to allow for both productivity and quality of care, with attention to scheduling that supports timely access for patients while maintaining professional standards. Patient volumes and ratios are consistent with a busy but organized outpatient environment, with expectations for timely and thorough documentation in the EMR.Shifts generally follow standard outpatient clinic hours, often including a combination of early morning and late afternoon or early evening appointments to accommodate patient schedules. This structure supports steady patient flow and allows clinicians some predictability in weekly planning. Physical Therapist, Outpatient References: 1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.
