Customer Service Specialist - Full-time

Job Description Customer Service Specialists play a vital role in ensuring the success of our retail stores. They work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, recommend solutions, promptly resolve concerns, and maintain high quality visual standards. Their goal is to deliver excellent customer service while consistently meeting store sales goals. Location & Hours Full‑time at Store #707463, 5240 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80220. For full details, visit Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in person and by phone in determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers Process sales transactions accurately following policies and procedures Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintain precise work order files and accurate pricing data Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse and prepare them for sale Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications Stock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipment and maintain presentable condition of assigned areas Load and unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when required Maintain inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales Minimum Requirements At least 18 years old Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Valid, unrestricted driver’s license Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. on occasion Willingness to work evenings and weekends when scheduled For internal employees: "meets expectations" rating on most recent performance appraisal Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Experience selling paint and paint‑related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish or more than one language EEO Statement Sherwin‑Williams is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
