Customer Service Specialist

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies is working with a diverse holding company located in North Denver immediately seeking to hire a Customer Service Specialist. This is a full-time, M-F, 40 hours per week direct hire position.

Customer Service Specialist:

The Customer Service Specialist will work with customers to assist in the maintenance of their lease and financial accounts and some office support duties. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who enjoys to working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer in-bound customer calls and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure all contracts are correct
• Ensure all insurance binders are up to date and in compliance
• Manage insurance claims
• Act as Sales Support
• Pull Payoffs on customer accounts
• Research and advise customers on toll violations
• Generate invoices
• Notify customers on upcoming lease expirations
• Scanning
• Manage account verification
• Prepare weekly reports
• Fill in for receptionist when needed (sick days, PTO, mealtimes)
• Act as a liaison for customers and all departments

Requirements:

• College degree preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer knowledge
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Microsoft office experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position starts at $26.00 per hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.
