This healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join the team at a 167-bed healthcare facility. The selected candidate will provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, catering to adult and geriatric populations, with a focus on medical-surgical patient needs.

Job Details

• Position Description: Medical Surgical RN position with open shifts, including guaranteed 48 hours and weekend block scheduling, located at a full-service healthcare facility.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure to practice in Tennessee, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), NIH (National Institutes of Health) certification, minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in medical-surgical units, and the ability to work in Tennessee.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: May be required to float to other medical-surgical units as needed. The unit cares for adult and geriatric patients with a patient ratio of 6:1. Orientation is conducted weekly on Mondays. Candidates must be 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel assignment.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates should meet all certification, licensure, and experience requirements prior to start date.
