Portfolio Management AnalystSoftware Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Portfolio Management Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier regulatory clients in Rockville, MD or Tysons, VA. We're looking for a high-energy, well-organized self-starter to help run the day-to-day of our Technology Portfolio Management function. You'll keep our projects, reporting, and vendors on track — and help us rethink how we work using GenAI tools like Kiro to cut manual effort. It's a hands-on role with lots of variety, perfect for someone early in their career who's curious, tech-savvy, and ready to learn and do a bit of everything.Responsibilities:Reporting & dashboards — produce weekly status reports and build dashboards using tools like Kiro, Excel, and Power BIAutomation & GenAI — use GenAI tools to automate manual tasks and help reimagine how our team worksMeetings & coordination — organize meetings, capture notes, track action items, and help coordinate across engineering teams on larger projectsVendors & contracts — track invoices, watch for contract renewals, and coordinate vendor action items and statusOKRs & portfolio support — help teams set and report on OKRs, and support project tracking, roadmaps, and leadership updatesRequired Skills:1–4 years of relevant experience (coordination, operations, or analyst work); exposure to project/portfolio management a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceHigh energy, organized, and proactive — a "no task too big or small" attitudeTech-savvy and curious, excited to build with GenAI tools like KiroA clear communicator who's eager to learn and growBy applying for a job with SGA, you agree to allow SGA to process your application for this and future opportunities in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
