Territory Manager, Eye Care - Burbank, CA

Key Responsibilities The Burbank, CA territory includes Burbank and Glendale, CA. Meets and exceeds corporate sales objectives at the territory level. Develops and maintains strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts, fully representing the vision and culture of Viatris to the Eye Care community. Appropriately leverages disease‑state knowledge, marketplace, and industry and business trends to manage and pull‑through business opportunities. Delivers MLR approved, education‑focused and patient‑centric messages, and disease‑state information to target ECP accounts. Achieves business goals on a quarterly and annual basis. Effectively drives territory performance while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards. Works collaboratively with all internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients. Works closely with the field leadership team and internal partners to provide customer insights and feedback on strategic initiatives. Demonstrates company culture norms daily through customer interactions, collaboration with internal partners, and willingness to support others. Utilizes territory business planning tools to uncover additional business opportunities. Manages and utilizes approved resources effectively to maximize pull‑through on potential and growth opportunities. Complies with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies while demonstrating a high level of integrity and professionalism. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical or related sales experience. Proven track record in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and comprehensive understanding of medical terminology. Must live within the territory or reasonable driving distance; hold valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Ability to travel; overnight travel may be required. Eye care experience preferred but not required. Must meet all access requirements for target offices and health care facilities within assigned territory. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and similar databases. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English. Combination of education and experience may be considered. Compensation & Benefits Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000.
