**Start Date and Scheduling Preferences:** - Start date within the next 3-5 weeks preferred. **Certifications Required:** - NIHSS - BLS - ACLS - NRP - AWHONN Advanced* (Preferred) - AWHONN Intermediate* (Preferred) - FHM* (Preferred) **Clinical Experience and Skills:** - Previous Charge Experience required. - Minimum of 2 years' experience. - RN will rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, transition (no post-partum). - Experience with administration of blood & blood products, APGAR scores, assisting with high-risk delivery, sterile speculum exam, vaginal delivery, Baby Nursing (Baby Catching), breastfeeding support, Cesarean Section circulations, and more as detailed. **Patient Care:** - Experience with Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, LDRP, high-risk antepartum, postpartum hemorrhage, pregnancy-induced hypertension, and triage of obstetrical patients. - Patient ratios: 2 (Days, Nights, Weekends) - Float required: Antepartum **Charting:** - Charting system experience preferred. - Charting System: Cerner preferred. **Additional Requirements:** - Flu vaccine required (exemptions and declinations allowed). - Local Radius: 50 miles, not accepting local applicants. - Pending license accepted with submission, must be active before start. **Patient Demographics:** - Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Infants, Adults - Daily Census: Fluctuating **Other:** - An on-site drug screen will be conducted (specific substances listed). Failure will result in cancellation or assignment termination.
