Overview of the Accounts Payable Role Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices, including coding, approvals, and payments Research and resolve vendor discrepancies Review vendor terms and payment activity to ensure payments are made efficiently and on time Support internal departments, subsidiaries, and related entities with invoice and payment questions Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Role Basic accounting coursework and/or prior accounts payable experience Experience working with an ERP system and Microsoft Excel Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal staff Able to work independently while also contributing to a team $48,000 – $54,000 Please email your resume for immediate consideration.
