This position will be located at the Tempe campus.Essential DutiesConstruction contract development and administration for Design Professional, View email address on click.appcast.io, Design Build, and Job Order Contracting delivery methods.Reviews current contracts to ensure department and contractor adherence with progressive fee and contract requirements.Assists with the development and delivery of in-house training to promote participation and understanding of the contract process.Reviews contract templates to ensure compliance with Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), federal, state and university policies and clause standardization.Coordination with legal, procurement, and project teams.Audit preparation and compliance support.Contract performance monitoring and documentation management.Participates in the Request for Quotation development process.Prepares reports, correspondence, and documents as needed.Clearly communicate to perform essential functions of the job.DAYS AND SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PMThis position is based at ASU’s Tempe campus and may require working from other campuses depending on operational needs.Salary Range:$80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate experience and education.
