IT asset management specialist

IT Asset Management SpecialistWe are looking for a full-time IT asset management specialist who are positive, motivated, reliable, open to constructive feedback, able to take directions, willing to follow our procedures, and responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of computer hardware through the production cycle to ensure availability for Internet Data Center (IDC)’s needs. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours with occasional evenings and weekends. You will be trained on all necessary duties before your first assignment.Location: VASalary Range: $40k - $60kResponsibilities:Responsible for the daily and long-term asset management of IT computer hardware within the organizationReceive equipment, verify item received and log in inventoryMaintain hardware lifecycle and IT asset inventoryProcesses and ensures the accuracy of damage and defective returnsTrack lifecycle, maintenance and decommissioning of IT assetsEnsure standards, guidelines and controls are maintainedPerform audits and inventory reviewsTrack progress and follow-up of issues and assist with troubleshooting and resolution of technical problemsRequired Qualifications:1+ year work experience in IT asset management.Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or tasks simultaneously.Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.Proven ability to work with little or no supervision.Strong time management and communication skills.High school diploma, college degree is preferred.Speaking Chinese Mandarin is a plus
