Full-Time Call Center Representative Interfaith Federal Credit Union Location: 815 Columbus St. Rapid City, SD 57701 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00–$25.00 per hour – Depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 10:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. Work location: In person – Possible hybrid in the future About the Position Interfaith Federal Credit Union is seeking a positive, dependable, and service-oriented Full-Time Call Center Representative The ideal candidate is patient, enthusiastic, and committed to providing knowledgeable, reliable, and courteous service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and an interest in identifying members’ needs and recommending appropriate financial products and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer incoming member calls and provide professional, courteous assistance. Guide members through troubleshooting, website navigation, and the use of products and services. Assist with deposits, withdrawals, inquiries, transfers, advances, loan payments, check cashing, and account or file maintenance. Provide service by phone, email, in person, and through various computer systems. Maintain current knowledge of Interfaith Federal Credit Union products, services, policies, and procedures. Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate products and services and open new accounts. Collaborate with other call center representatives and branch staff to provide excellent member service. Assist staff at local and regional branches as needed. Participate in training, continuing education, and self-study to strengthen job knowledge. Maintain accurate records while protecting confidential member information. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive, patient, and professional approach to member service. Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable navigating websites, software, and multiple computer systems. Ability to identify members’ needs and explain financial products and services clearly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous call center, credit union, cash-handling, or customer-service experience required . Ability to commute reliably to the Rapid City location.
