About the role: ProFlex Physical Therapy, powered by Areté Health, is looking for a Part-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Clinton, MD. Looking for an opportunity to do meaningful clinical work without a full-time commitment? You'll help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and get back to the activities they enjoy while working alongside a collaborative outpatient clinical team. What you'll want to know Compensation: $50.00-$55.00/hour based on experience. Schedule: Part-time, with hours and scheduling flexibility based on clinic needs and availability. Location: ProFlex Physical Therapy | Clinton, MD. This is an onsite clinical position. Work environment: Outpatient physical therapy clinic treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. You'll collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinical team while managing a caseload appropriate to your scheduled hours. What you'll do: Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based physical therapy practices. Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's goals, progress, and functional needs. Educate patients on their recovery, helping them build confidence and take an active role in their care. Collaborate with the Clinic Director and fellow clinicians to deliver a consistent, positive patient experience. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation. Participate in team collaboration and professional development opportunities. What we're looking for: Required Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting). Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication skills and a commitment to individualized, patient-centered care. Preferred Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Interest in continuing education, clinical development, and collaborative patient care. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
